Strengthening Ireland's Digital Health Ecosystem Through Collaboration

ONEHEALTH was pleased to take part in the Scaling Digital HealthTech in Ireland event, hosted by Trinity College Dublin and led by ENTIRE European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) Ireland in collaboration with Ireland's national European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) network.

The event brought together researchers, clinicians, entrepreneurs, policymakers and industry leaders to explore how collaboration can accelerate the development, adoption and commercialisation of digital health technologies across Ireland.

Discussions focused on the opportunities presented by artificial intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies, while also addressing the practical challenges facing innovators. Expert speakers and panel discussions explored topics including regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, cyber resilience, financial supports and the pathways available to help SMEs develop and scale innovative digital health solutions.

Representing both Data2Sustain European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) and ONEHEALTH, partners joined discussions on how collaborative programmes can help businesses access specialist AI expertise, research partnerships and innovation support. The event also provided valuable networking opportunities, enabling SMEs, service providers and innovation organisations to connect, exchange ideas and explore future collaborations.
