ONEHEALTH AI Accelerator Cohort Comes Together for First Workshop

The inaugural ONEHEALTH AI Accelerator cohort recently came together for the first time, marking the start of a programme focused on collaboration, innovation and growth.

The workshop provided an opportunity for participating SMEs to meet one another, connect with the ONEHEALTH team and begin building relationships with the researchers, engineers and innovation partners who will support them throughout the programme.

Collaboration sits at the heart of ONEHEALTH. By bringing together businesses, universities and research organisations, the programme is designed to create opportunities for knowledge exchange, partnership building and innovation across human, animal and environmental health.

Throughout the Accelerator, participants will take part in workshops, mentoring sessions and collaborative activities designed to help them strengthen innovation capabilities, explore the application of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, and develop ideas with commercial and societal impact.

The energy and enthusiasm shown during the first workshop reflected the ambition of the cohort and the opportunities ahead. As the programme progresses, participants will continue to build new connections, access specialist expertise and explore innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
